AskMe Corporation, a provider of knowledge management solutions, recently announced the availability of a new version of its flagship product, AskMe Enterprise Version 6.5.
The company said AskMe Enterprise delivers employee expertise, directly to other employees blocked on critical tasks, exactly when they need it most. New capabilities in the product include automated best practices, automatic experts' profile creation, the addition of a number of methods for accessing and delivering knowledge, integrated real time collaborative services, and analytic capabilities.

"AskMe Enterprise creates a competitive advantage by delivering employee expertise at the point of need, and increasing the speed and effectiveness of execution in an organization."
According to AskMe, the product includes a Business Rules and Workflow engine of that enables organizations to define scenarios and appropriate actions that the system should take when an employee faces a critical business issue. These actions are automatically triggered when the system identifies a matching scenario.
