I would recommend looking at the book Connections: New Way of Working in the Networked Organization, by Lee Sproull and Sara Kiesler (1992, MIT Press). I used this to establish both training and the e-mail policies for an enterprise e-mail system for a company of 45,000. Highlights: -Do you know who you're talking to?
