I've been searching W3C's HTML 4.0 Specification page for a way to do just that in HTML - (1) display the page 'frame.htm' and (2) display the page 'category/index.htm' in the 'body_frame' frame of the page 'frame.htm.' - all with one link. I haven't found a way to do it. Somehow, though, I have a feeling that the w3c specification is just too arcane and I've just missed it somewhere... :-)
