Steve—If you're looking for marketing tactics not on the site itself, here's an idea: Sears' communicators have a simple and inexpensive solution. . . They do a TV-Guide like mini-newsletter that promotes new and interesting things for employees to check out on their intranet each month. All it tis is a 8 x 12 sheet of paper folded in half, which opens like a greeting card. Think about including it as an insert in the employee publication each month, if you have one. Or just distribute it via company mail or e-mail.
