Why does one of the current databases I use, when linked to the intranet not allow users to be in the database and also look at it via our intranet? I have a database called job postings, Human Resources currently has that open to enter new postings most of the day. When intranet users go to look up job postings they get errors, saying that the file is in use. Has anyone come across this before.
