find the filetypes on your harddrive that were changed probably jpg,jpeg,or gif
hold shift and right click on file,this brings up the "open with" dialogue, choose the application from the list that you wish to use to open these filetypes,and put a checkmark in the"always open with this application" and it will work it did for me thanks to GORDON SCOTT, GOOD LUCK
