I was having no problems for the last few months, but suddenly I am having the problem of viewing files where the screen says I need "Netscp6.exe", which I suppose is a netscape rather than explorer program. I tried downloading netscape which works in a rather complicated manner in that I have to click several boxes to bring the picture up, but I have other problems with both netscape and explorer on my computer. How can I get my images back with explorer only on my program? Please.
