Resize frame problem??

Hi!.
How I can dynamically change the size of frame in Netscape browser?
In the MS Explorer I can write:
top.frames["appl"].frames[data_tree].cols="25%,*";
or
top.frames["appl"].frames[data_tree].cols="0,*";
where data_tree is frameset.
