Buy all means go with Dreamweaver....DO NOT DO NOT, go with FrontPage....Dreamweaver is a much better, user friendly tool and you will not regret this choice.

In regard to suggestions, start by organizing the type of information you want conveyed on your site...do you want each department to have it's own site....do you want one a main page that branches out to all of your sites and features...? Org charts/Contact information, per dept./applications/Forms/PDF Forms/ect.

Prioritize the type of "CONTENT" notice I capitalized this...CONTENT IS KING.....prioritize the type of content that will save your company costs and trees. You will be surprised the type of money you will save by haveing a centralized area where people can go to find the information they need.
