In regard to suggestions, start by organizing the type of information you want conveyed on your site...do you want each department to have it's own site....do you want one a main page that branches out to all of your sites and features...? Org charts/Contact information, per dept./applications/Forms/PDF Forms/ect. Prioritize the type of "CONTENT" notice I capitalized this...CONTENT IS KING.....prioritize the type of content that will save your company costs and trees. You will be surprised the type of money you will save by haveing a centralized area where people can go to find the information they need. Good luck!
