mime problem

When delevering HTML messages from the internet to an exchange site with more then one exchange server and only one internet mail connector messsages to some people are bounced. Only people located on the server with the IMC are receiving the message. Other users don't get the message. The message is bounced to the originator with error message:

"Unable to deliver the message due to a recipient problem MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:OCEUK:O"

when sending a clear text message this error doesn't appear.

some info about the mime encoding inside the email message
