Restriction application access by group policy

I'm going to restrict user access to some applications by using group policy. However I found out that three applications running on my PC having same executable name. Now I just want to restrict user access one of these applications. But the problem is if I key in the executable name of the application, the other two applications also unable to run. How should i solve this problem?
