the control is to contain seven line objects and a lebel object.line object is to be used to create rectangle with a line horizontally. the label control is usd to decide charecters to be displayed on the segment. a property need to be available in design time to set a charecters to be displayed. on unidentified charecter it should throug a message box. all segment are initialized with 0.
